Bio:
Gretchen Higginbottom earned her MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, USA. She is Head of Interlibrary Loan in the Henry Madden Library at California State University, Fresno.  She is an active member of 3 state-wide ILL committees and is hosting her first Interlibrary Services Partner Information Exchange (I-SPIE) annual conference next year. When not working, Gretchen loves to travel and enjoys jazz music. Her bucket list includes traveling to all of the continents.
