Bio:
Luke is the Manager, Teaching Innovation and Copyright with the Tasmanian Institute of Learning and Teaching (TILT) at University of Tasmania. His work and research is primarily focused on developing the business of learning and teaching using OER and OEP in higher education.  His specific areas of interest include copyright, intellectual property, licensing and engagement with Open.
